Responsibility for sales, costs and earnings and take over the leadership of the service technicians and masters. They shall ensure the ongoing operation of the commercial real estate we provide and the implementation of all the necessary repair measures. They are responsible for the ongoing technical management of the real estate, ensure operator responsibility and monitor the recurring audits and maintenance in accordance with applicable guidelines/regulations. They control technical and infrastructural services. They monitor and check the building and plant condition and create appropriate measures and budget planning. They commission, control and monitor the use of external service providers for the optimal management of the supervised objects. They are the first contact person for the customer, especially in technical questions.

You have a successfully completed technical study or a technician or master training from the utility or electrotechnical field and already have a multi-year professional experience in real estate care They have a safe appearance and a practiced handling of tenants and clients. They are resilient and have a pronounced service You are sure to deal with the common Microsoft Office applications, ideally knowledge of MS-Dynamics They have a secure understanding of numbers and a strong sense of responsibility You are looking forward to diverse challenges and working with passion for the real estate industry They convince by a reliable and independent way of working and entrepreneurial action. Economic thinking, communication and team skills as well as organizational talent complete your profile. You have a passenger car license.
