You prepare grading procedures for the evaluation of extra-tariff jobs and participate in the evaluation processes. You participate in the development and revision of personal economic regulations. You have experiences in working with the Works Council and with executives and bring expertise in the right of establishment. You can rely on knowledge in the operational processes of personnel management, especially in job evaluation procedures and in labour law. You are communicative, negotiating, working in the team and shaping processes in the sense of continuous improvement. Good knowledge of HR IT systems, ideally SAP, as well as in M365, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word complete your profile.
