You accompany the recruiting process in close cooperation with our local lines You meet a first selection of suitable candidates and are their contact person during the entire application process The first contact with our candidates is by telephone You support the further development of existing and new processes

You have professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally even in recruiting Your strong communication skills as well as your fine feeling for dealing with a wide variety of people characterize you A candidate-oriented and independent way of working is obvious to you and prepares you joy With high work, you keep the peace and overview You have a safe handling of MS Office programs, especially with Excel First experiences with metrics in recruiting are advantageous Dutch language skills would be happy
