The CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. Its approximately 11,000 employees support and support children, young people and adults at more than 350 locations in Kitas, schools, vocational education and training plants, in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, housing groups and workshops.

The Project Chance offers criminal young men (14–21 years) an alternative way to detention. Through an intensive educational training program, they are supported to take responsibility for their actions and to develop new perspectives.

Your New Task

• Guidance of the group and staff team

• Reference work with young people, parents and carers

• Consult to Consultations and Consultations**
• Conflict management in challenging group situations
• Structure of Everyday to promote self-responsibility and social competence
• Replacement of legal requirements in juvenile detention and youth assistance
• Integration of young people through targeted pedagogical impulses

Your profile

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator / Youth and home educators (w/m/d) or
• Completed Studium of Social education / Social work
