You take over the complete structural damage management in the insurance business segment and provide personal and competent care for damages to buildings from the beginning to the end. They commission and coordinate all the necessary craftsmen, coordinate the appointments and then pay directly for the insurance and the craftsmen.

Project management in the refurbishment of building damage (densation water, storm and fire damage) of the order of 7,000€ up to approx. 50,000€ per damage, performance phase 6-9 Management of partner companies, in particular coordination of trades (including scheduling, commissioning, contract negotiations and quality assurance) Cost planning, offer and audit Care and support of relationships with customers during the construction period Processing of incoming complaints and warranty cases Implementation of damages, interim dates and decreases

Technical training in civil engineering (graduate studies in architecture or civil engineering, technicians or craftsmen) Multiannual professional experience in the handling of construction measures Experience in damage processing desirable Structured and independent working and enforcement Communication strength and team capacity Fun and engagement in the advice and support of customers Class B driving licence, very good computer and German skills
