As a Process & Digital Transformation Engineer (m/w/d) with a focus on artificial intelligence, you actively shape the digital future of our department. You analyse existing work and process structures, develop practical digital solutions together with the specialist areas and create the basis for a sustainable and meaningful use of AI in production and office. You will understand how to translate complex topics into simple, usable structures and help employees to effectively use digital tools in everyday work.

Your role Analysis and optimization of existing processes and identification of digitalization potentials in production and office

Planning, introduction and further development of digital tools, platforms and working methods

Building structured data and information processes to improve transparency, efficiency and usability

Development of practical solutions for digital work, knowledge and collaboration processes

Identification of suitable AI-use cases and preparation of existing processes for the use of AI solutions

Designing and building scalable AI structures and digital standards within the Business Unit

Active control and implementation of digital change within the teams and departments

Completion of employees through workshops, training and direct support in everyday work

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, digitalization, computer science, production management or a comparable qualification

Professional experience in process, digitization or transformation-related roles

Embossed Hands-on-Mentality and the ability to advance themes independently and pragmatically

First practical experience or a strong interest in AI technologies and multi-agent AI systems

Experience in the practical use of AI to support workflows and information processes

Ideally first experience with Power Automates or Power Apps to automate workflows

Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
