These challenges come to you: Product management for over-the-air software updates across different series and software generations Integrated horizontal and vertical competition analyses on software updates and lifecycle management Performance of customer analyses with regard to software updates at Mercedes-Benz Creation of a customer journey with the strategic goal of a global, customer-friendly performance of software updates Preparation of Feature Overviews for the Digital Feature Roadmap Preparation and participation in bodies, organisation and coordination of meetings including the preparation of protocols and follow-up of tasks Support in developing UI/UX concepts and OTA features to improve the OTA process for our customers Optimization of processes and development of templates Creation and design of presentations in English and German The activity can begin from September 2026. The final topics will be discussed with the university, you and us.
