Strategic analysis and derivation of requirements for new products, processes and investments as well as the development of sustainable, economic implementation concepts Total responsibility for planning, controlling and successful implementation of industrialization projects (objectives, quality, costs, dates) including transparent reporting and active risk management Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the industrialization team, including targeted resource management and prioritization of projects Responsibility for machine and plant projects, from specification to procurement to integration and optimization in the production environment Continuous development of manufacturing processes, production plants and factory layouts with focus on efficiency, quality and ergonomic working conditions Close cross-departmental cooperation to analyze and validate production key figures, deriving sustainable optimization measures and regular presentation to management and stakeholders

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the industrial environment, ideally in series production, as well as in the management of industrialization and investment projects Proven leadership skills and experience in controlling interdisciplinary teams Funded know-how in production processes, manufacturing processes, plant integration as well as layout planning and process optimization Safe handling of common project management methods as well as experience in budget planning and investment management Analytical strength, pragmatic implementation orientation and pronounced communication skills in German and English are assumed
