Planning and managing customer networks and domains New installations in the field of hardware and software Internal projects to improve processes for us and our customers Support hotline for our customers and other system maintainers Troubleshooting on site and in remote maintenance Independent and creative work

In addition to the usual and well-known topics in the field of IT, especially Windows installations, you will have to deal with systems from the fields CAD/CAM, X-ray, laser, microscopy and treatment units. We expect good team and communication skills, commitment and customer-oriented work. We require knowledge in the field of Windows domain management, network error analysis and scripting (Powershell, batch, vbs). Experience in the medical industry would be beneficial, but we provide sufficient support and time within the team to work out accordingly.
