Customers and Business Development • You advise customers on technical questions, develop suitable repair and service solutions and develop existing relationships together with sales. Order and cost management • You are responsible for offers and orders from the request to the invoice, calculate economically and keep an eye on the cost of your own. • You organize material and spare parts and work with suitable suppliers. Operational control • You plan capacities and priorities, distribute tasks and secure appointments as well as quality. • You use ERP key figures to improve utilisation and processes and keep test benches and equipment ready for use. Management and Development • You lead your team clearly and valueably, promote self-responsibility and develop the professional skills of your employees. • You work with settings, accompany the incorporation and conduct regular employee talks. Quality, safety and the environment • You ensure that standards on quality, health protection, occupational safety and the environment are complied with in everyday life.

You have a technical training, a further education to the technician or master, a suitable study or comparable practical experience – ideally in electronics or electrical engineering. In addition, you have already managed employees or controlled an operating area. Also helpful are: • Practice in industrial electronics and understanding of technical customer requirements. • Experience in order processing, costing and ERP systems.
