Batching Plant Operators and Concrete Distributors (m/f/d)

Operation and monitoring of the concrete mixing plant. Preparation of concrete according to prescribed formulations. Control of raw materials and ensuring the supply of materials. distribution of the fresh concrete to the acceptance positions. Support in element production. Compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations.

You have first professional experience in concrete production or precast concrete production, ideally as a process mechanic, precast concrete construction or masonry (m/w/d). We are open to cross-comers and starters (m/w/d) and will be happy to train you. You bring a strong quality awareness in dealing with concrete and raw materials. You are resilient, are happy to work in the team and have craftsmanship and technical understanding. You are motivated to learn new things and take responsibility.
