Complex repairs incl. Disassembling and restarting of equipment Adaptation of controls and processing programs including test runs and operator instruction Exchange and adjustment of complex assemblies in compliance with the assembly sequence and coordination with specialist areas Error analysis of systems and components as well as elimination of vulnerabilities Modernizations, extensions and rebuildings including simple programming Maintenance and inspection according to requirements incl. Evaluation of measurement data (e.g. vibrations) Optimization of systems for increasing efficiency (e.g. clock time, warehouse) Coordination of foreign companies, nominal/actual comparisons, audits in operation, acceptances and warranty Definition and adaptation of maintenance and maintenance standards

A technical 3-year vocational training as an industrial mechanic/industrial electrician or as a mechatronic and well-founded professional experience in these areas Experience in handling KUKA robot systems Application of problem solving methods for systematic analysis and troubleshooting Secure reading and understanding of schematics as well as design and technical drawings Ready for 4-layer system (rolling week)
