At the next time, we are looking for an experienced production manager (m/w/d), who takes responsibility for our production department with leadership, expertise and commitment and continues to drive our quality and efficiency standards. Your tasks include: Responsibility for personnel and capacity planning, employee management and development, training and production holiday planning Ensuring quality, delivery reliability, work security and compliance with legal requirements Monitoring, analysis and continuous optimization of process and product processes Management of projects (e.g. Business Intelligence, 5S) and implementation of changes within the Management of Change (MoC) Complaint processing, problem-solving in day-to-day business and promotion of operational proposition Communication management within the production areas and with other departments Creation and maintenance of standard instructions (SOP/OPL) and ensuring cleanliness and order

Technical training or studies in the field of chemistry or process engineering Multiannual practical experience in chemical production and employee management desirable Deep understanding of process processes and quality assurance in the chemical industry Experiences in the creation of HAZOP analyses Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as experience with SAP (e.g. RP1) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication strength, enforcement ability, safe occurrence and team capability
