Development of technical concepts in the context of an interdisciplinary project team Determining construction costs and cost-effectiveness calculations with modern tools for customer-oriented supply creation Calculation of demanding, turnkey construction projects Transfer of the created and award-winning offers into contracts – including design, negotiation and completion with our customers in cooperation with our Sales Managers (m/w/d) Ensuring excellent customer support even after project completion to promote long-term partnerships

Complete studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or architecture or a technician/master degree in the field of construction engineering Multiannual professional experience in costing or project development of turnkey buildings Impressed price feeling as well as the ability to quickly understand technical relationships Very good technical understanding, secure MS Office knowledge and desirable experience with costing programs Above-average communication capability, strong customer orientation and persuasiveness Joy of independent action and solution-oriented work
