• They are responsible for the dispositive handling of customer orders in the area of local transport.

• Your main task is the optimal disposition of the delivery and pick-up services in Cologne, taking into account the legal and contractual requirements and the economic utilisation.

• In this role you are available to our drivers, customers and transport operators as competent contact persons.

• You take over the quality control of the MRP with active information and reactions in case of deviations.

• Creation of necessary transport documents.

• You have completed a special training, ideally a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services.

• They have good regional local knowledge.

• They bring practical experience in disposition within the logistics industry.

• They have the ADR basic qualification.

• Their work is characterised by service orientation, quality awareness and self-employment.

• Good communicative skills, enforcement and resilience are also among your strengths.

• You have good knowledge in handling MS Office.

• Basic English skills are required
