Leadership and responsibility: You take the lead of our branch and bear the responsibility for achieving and implementing our strategy. With a 6-member team, you actively shape change processes and accompany it in its development. Sales and team work: As a face of the Quirin Privatbank in the region, you invest a large part of your time in acquisition and networking. You are a player coach and mentor for your team and celebrate the sales success together. Independent advice: Complex mandates are taken personally. You value honest, independent advice - technology-based with our interactive tool “Q-Navigator”, but always with heart and mind. For special solutions, you can access your broad network of lawyers, tax advisors & Co. Design and free space: Your expertise is in demand. You work on the development of the Quirin Privatbank - from products to processes to technologies. Flat hierarchies and short decision paths ensure the necessary speed.
