As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With more than 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. BWI's Demand & Retrieval Management is located in Account Operations (AO). It assists the client in the planning, coordination and control of requirements in the request management process, initiates and manages commissioned request advice and retrievals from the client and contributes to the qualification of requirements up to their decision-making maturity. It thus forms the central interface for order management at the client in the request management process up to the request for tender.

Acceptance and registration of customer requirements incl. inspection of requirements

Continuous control of the demand management process, in particular monitoring and updating the demand status

Plausibility check and assessment of requirements from co-ordinative aspects

Participation in the integrated request team (IAT)

Transparent and trusted cooperation with the senior management levels and account managers

Support for compliance and reporting capability

Complete university studies or a comparable qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience

Multiannual experience in project management and knowledge and experience in IT

Knowledge of the organization and processes of the Bundeswehr / BAAINBw / BMVg are desirable

High communication, enforcement and team skills as well as strong quality and result orientation

German language skills in word and writing and very good English skills
