As a Specialist Human Resources (m/w/d), you will be able to recruit all student employees in the Team Student Office:inside Deloitte Germany from company entry to exit. Contract creation: In the recruitment process, you are responsible for the creation of employment contracts for our interns, working students and pupil interns. Data management: After the contract has been submitted, you will arrange the new employees in the staff system. In case of questions and problems, you will advise both our students and the supervisors of other people areas. Care: You will also receive necessary certificates and other papers. Project management: Again and again there are interesting projects in the Student Office as well as the entire People area where your collaboration is in demand.

Successfully completed commercial training or studies, preferably with a focus on staff. First experiences necessary in personal care, like training, internship or work students Secure handling of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge desirable Careful work with view for details Team skills and a high level of empathy and understanding for the needs of our target group
