Responsibility for the pedagogical and administrative management of your institution, as well as the participation of employees. Conceptual work and their needs-oriented development based on the Hessian educational and educational plan. Initiating a joint team process towards a common vision. State-recognized: educators:in, studies of social work/social pedagogy/education sciences or the like and (pre-)experience in management positions (repealable). You live a cooperative cooperation with your team, create a positive working environment, value individual strengths and competencies and work with constructive feedback. Your view of the child is empathic and resource-oriented. You consider inclusion and diversity as an opportunity and develop creative solutions for individual needs. You moderate and design team processes targeted. You also remain sovereign in complex situations, see themselves as designers:in and work in a solution-oriented manner. You use the tools of personnel management and personnel development. We require a safe occurrence in the establishment, the (special) public and the municipal bodies. You design educational processes as well as cooperative relationship work with the guardians. You have good knowledge of quality management and have experience with relevant administrative tasks and their processes. You have a high willingness to design the processes and organisational processes as part of the institution's specifications.
