• They are Pflegfachkraft (d/m/w), ideally with a degree in health, surgical or care management or alternatively with a completed station management course
• They ideally have a specialist training for anaesthesia and intensive care

Your tasks

• Professional and organizational leadership of the Anesthesia Functional Service staff
• organisation of the nursing procedures, responsibility for the service and personnel deployment planning and participation in the service system and representation tasks
• Implementation, monitoring and further development of quality standards
• Ensuring the incorporation of new employees, guidance of trainees and specialist training participants
• Continuous improvement of the process organization in coordination with the overall management
• Cooperative interdisciplinary cooperation
