Construction Supervisor - Project Coordination / Contract Law / MS Office (m/f/d)

You take over the independent coordination and supervision of our demanding railway projects directly on site at the construction site. As a technical contact for all project participants, you ensure compliance with the web-specific guidelines and carry out final acceptances. You actively control the progress of the project by constantly keeping in mind the dates, costs and quality of the design. In close coordination with the project team, you manage contracting and follow-up to VOB and communicate with contracting entities as well as contractors. You ensure a complete and audit-proof project documentation, in particular through the careful management of the building journals by MS Office.

You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) or a degree as a state-tested engineerr/recognized engineerin (engineering of construction technology) and/or industrial master*in technical field You've completed the ''Construction Monitor'' (m/w/d) You have good knowledge of contract law VOB/BGB and web-specific guidelines You are safe in handling MS Office You have a class B licence
