The Corporate Social Responsibility Division, headquartered in Stuttgart, is part of the Board of Management's Integrity, Governance & Sustainability (IL), where more than 1,000 employees support the business of Mercedes-Benz Group AG around the issues of law, integrity, sustainability, compliance and data protection. Our CSR department makes a significant contribution to this, among other things, with the tasks of CSR strategy, governance & reporting, corporate donations & disaster relief and the possibility of employees engagement in these fields. For the support and implementation of projects within these areas of responsibility, we are looking for a dedicated reinforcement as part of an internship in full time at the Stuttgart/Untertürkheim site. In detail, you expect the following tasks: Participation in implementing the overarching strategy for staff activation

Working with our “ProCent” collaborator

Support in cooperation with foundations, in particular our promotion of a start-up challenge this year

Support in controlling and further developing our online platform for employees engagement

Working with our worldwide children’s safety project “MobileKids”

Working together as part of our social media campaign on the UN International Year of Volunteering

Support for our initiative “Stuttgart Mittendrin”, together with the Bürgerstiftung Stuttgart

Degree course in economic, social or cultural sciences or in adjacent areas

Very good knowledge of German and English

Very good MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint, Excel

Very good knowledge of working with artificial intelligence applications (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)

High affinity for CSR and sustainability topics

Analytical thinkability and rapid understanding

Self-responsible and independent work
