Export Sachbearbeiter / Order Processing Specialist (f/m/x) – Region North East (limited to 2 years)

Do you want to help ensure that medical products are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with the rules throughout Northeast Europe? You play a central role in order processing for our North East region, focusing on Britain, Scandinavia, the Baltic, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belarus and Ukraine. In an international environment with a wide range of cultural interfaces, you act as an important interface between our distributors, subsidiaries and internal departments, ensuring smooth, efficient processes along the entire supply chain. Your core tasks include: Order processing for our distributors and subsidiaries in the North East region Self-delivery of customer orders in SAP (S/4HANA), from order intake to dispatch, for a fixed customer group Close cooperation with purchasing, production, sales, warehouses and accounting Processing of requests from our international affiliates and distributors Organisation of road, air and sea freight for medical products (including refrigerated goods, dry ice Shipments and hazardous goods) Compilation of all necessary documents for transport and for the export of goods to third countries, taking into account applicable export, customs and compliance rules Working with responsible projects and active development of processes and structures within our six-member team Participation in customs, foreign trade and compliance meetings and internal training

You are structured, responsible and comfortable in an international environment? You work precisely and keep track of complex export operations? Then you'll be great for us. This is what distinguishes you: Completed commercial training (e.g. wholesaler and foreign trader (f/m/x)) or completed economic studies Multiannual professional experience in export order processing and in EU transport Knowledge of foreign trade and customs law Secure handling of SAP S/4HANA and MS Office Structured, precise and independent operation Teamability, ready-to-use and a quick understanding German and English skills
