Project Manager TGA for Energy Management (m/f/d)

You analyze and evaluate our properties data-based and systematically on their EMS compatibility, as well as potentials for retrofitting You are responsible for the technical inventory on site and plan the concrete rebuilding measures to make the properties efficient “EMS capable” You evaluate existing electrical and heating systems and plan the necessary technical adjustments as well as the installation of digital control technology, sensor technology and counter technology You take over not only the planning, but also the budgeting and operational management of the projects including coordination of internal and external service providers You keep your eyes open to new technologies that make our energy management even more efficient You work closely with our central purchase and define the technical specifications for new components

An independent, solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you - you pack problems directly at the root (and in the technical room) You have the ability to manage interdisciplinary projects in a structured and timely manner and to successfully take all participants (from craftsmen to building owners) You bring sustainable structures into new, innovative projects, clean up processes from the outset and set the foundation for scalable solutions An economic thinking and experience in budget management are what distinguishes you You understand the interaction of thermal and electrical systems and know what hydraulic requirements are needed for efficient, sector-connected digital control You have practical experience with building automation (e.g. Modbus, M-Bus, wM-Bus) and building IoT infrastructures
