Strategic development of IT in the Diakonie Clinic and its affiliates (MVZ) Development and implementation of a future-oriented IT and digitalization strategy in coordination with the management and relevant departments Advice to hospital management in all strategic and operational IT issues General management of the IT department in technical, organizational and strategic terms Leadership, promotion and further development of IT staff Ensuring stable, secure and efficient IT operations for all clinical, nursing, administrative and technical fields Planning, control, monitoring and prioritization of specialist and cross-disciplinary IT projects, in particular in the fields of infrastructure, applications, digitization, IT security and interface management Development of the existing system and responsibility for the availability, performance and future security of the IT infrastructure Control of external IT service providers, partners and suppliers including contract, quality and escalation management Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements, especially in the fields of data protection, information security and compliance Responsibility for the further development and monitoring of IT security in the context of IT risk management together with the delegates Support and support of change processes and digitization projects throughout the clinic Responsibility for budget planning, resource management and economic resources in the IT sector
