As a specialist department manager (m/w/d) of our architect team, you take over the disciplinary leadership and further development of currently 12 architects. You control the capacity planning of your team, answer the economic results and shape the strategic orientation of your area. In addition to your leadership role, you will also be actively involved in the field – in particular with the following priorities: Architectural planning: Planning of demanding office and residential buildings Concept development & Presentation: Development of convincing design concepts, presentations and patterns Planning coordination over all phases of performance: independent coordination of planning from design to detailed planning (LPH 1–5) Communication & coordination with project partners: coordination with builders, authorities, specialist engineers and all internal planning partners Strategic cooperation: Close cooperation with branch management and sales

Complete study of architecture, ideally complemented by business knowledge Multiannual relevant professional experience and expertise in design and execution planning of office and residential properties Safe handling of AutoCAD; Knowledge of Revit, graphics and presentation programs as well as MS Office Embossed presentation strength and communicative competence High social competence and experience in the management of employees Self-employed, decision-making personality with enthusiasm for innovation Ability to actively use large design spaces Membership in the Chamber of Architects desirable For the further expansion and expansion of our residential office we are looking for an experienced professional leadership for our architect team.
