Your tasks

• Care and advice of our stock customers:internal sales service with focus on sustainable customer relationships
• Sales of our products, services and services along the entire customer journey
• Creation of offers, collection of orders and processing of complaints
• Central contact for all customer-related concerns – from welcome call to after-sales service
• Active introduction of your own sales experience as well as consulting support of the team

Your profile

• Completed craftsmanship, technical or commercial training
• Found sales experience in indoor or outdoor services
• High customer and service orientation as well as success and goal-oriented action
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Open and open minded personality
• Good MS Office knowledge and ideally first knowledge in Salesforce.com or another CRM system
