Your tasks In your practical semester at Hansgrohe you can show what is inside you, for example in the Commercial & Functional Controlling. As decision-makers and business partners, the Executive Board and Management count on us day by day. Be part of our young and dynamic controlling team and support us with your ideas, team spirit and passion for processes and figures. In the Functional Controlling area, you work closely with the departments at the headquarters, for example in the context of purchasing, logistics or marketing controlling. You can contribute to the control and implementation of our Hansgrohe efficiency enhancement program. In Commercial Controlling, you actively participate in the planning, control and reporting of the subsidiaries and the group. Together with us, you support our colleagues in the international subsidiaries and sales regions in the introduction and implementation of reporting, monitoring, and corporate management systems. This will help you track sales strategies and identify continuous improvement measures. Your further tasks in the Team Commercial & Functional Controlling: Creation of reports and analyses on the success measurement of brand and product segments, sales channels and marketing measures (e.g. Point of Sales & Fair Reporting) Further development and automation of our reporting systems Monitoring and maintenance of planning and control processes, as well as preparation of deviation analyses Ad hoc analyses and information processing for management

Studies: Economics, BWL, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or Comparative Field of Practice; Controlling, International Business, Consulting, Marketing and Sales desirable Good knowledge of English, an affinity to numbers, as well as motivation and aiming
