In this position, you act as a central contact person for all topics related to Revenue Management of the assigned hotels. The position is responsible for maximizing total sales - including, but not limited to, room sales and event areas. The role includes all processes in the field of strategic pricing, sales forecasts, inventory management, as well as top-line reporting and analysis. Close cooperation with the Sales Strategy team is essential to develop and implement the overall commercial strategy of the hotels based on market conditions, competition, demand, booking speed and other relevant data.

Multiannual experience in Revenue Management, ideally in the international hotel environment (experience with Marriott International of Advantage) Completed studies in the field of tourism, hotel industry or business – alternatively a comparable training with relevant professional experience Very good knowledge in MS Excel and ideally experience with common systems such as MARSHA, Opera PMS and One Yield Embossed analytical skills, structured working and high numerical affinity Self-employed, efficient and solution-oriented working in a dynamic environment Very good English skills in word and writing Team-oriented personality with high initiative and commitment Good knowledge of the Munich hotel market is advantageous
