Head of Accounting of a Business Unit (m/f/d)

Total technical and operational responsibility for accounting one of our business units with 4–5 companies Compilation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and supervision of plant accounting and tax reports Management of treasury and cash management for the associated companies Professional leadership and further development of the team Active cooperation and management of digital transformation projects with the focus on process optimization and automation of accounting Ensuring efficient and audit-proof processes (document/reporting)

Completed commercial training or studies in finance, accounting, BWL or comparable Multiannual experience in financial and accounting, ideally in a leading function practical experience in asset accounting, tax reports and treasury/cash management Experience in project work, in particular in the context of digitalization and process automation Very good team and communication skills as well as pleasure in cooperative cooperation at leadership level Innovation joy, self-responsibility and structured working
