In 3 years we will show you how to prepare milk as a raw material for further production – for example for the production of butter, cheese or other dairy products. You get to know product-specific recipes and standards, immerse yourself in the world of process control technology and learn what is important in process monitoring. We will show you to take the appropriate equipment, machinery and equipment professionally into operation, clean it, retool it and troubleshoot it.
