Project Manager Building Technology - SHK / TGA / Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

You take over the full management and control of construction projects in the area of heating, sanitation and climate – from procurement to successful acceptance. You will set up detailed schedules, costs and capacity and ensure consistent compliance with budget and quality objectives. As a central contact person for customers, architects and construction managers, you are confident that you will be able to work with contractors, suppliers and internal assembly teams. You guide the construction meetings on site, document the progress of the project and use KWP software to create the necessary dimensions and bills. You proactively analyze the project progress, recognize risks early on and initiate self-effective countermeasures to ensure success.

Your basis is a completed training as a master or technician (m/w/d) in the SHK field or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the project management and are fit in costing, work preparation and construction management. You are convinced by a structured, independent way of working and communicate clearly and safely with all project participants. Dealing with common project software (e.g. KWP) and MS Office is self-evident and you have a class B licence. For smooth communication in the team and with customers, you speak German.
