About the placeFor The TUM Campus Heilbronn gGmbH we are looking for a Senior Accountant (m/w/d) Finance in full time or part time at the fastest possible time (limited to two years, with the option for extension). Your duties • independent processing and coordination of all accounting processes (Creditor, Debitor and Plant Accounting) • Implementation and control of payment and receivable management • Creation and testing of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB in cooperation with external partners (e.g. auditors) • Development and optimization of internal processes in financial and accounting, taking account of economic and legal conditions • Creation of financial reports and business evaluations to support management • coordination and maintenance of the main and secondary books and participation in budget and liquidity planning • Technical support and, if necessary, guidance of team members • Interface function to other specialist departments and external service providers

Your profile • Complete university studies in the business sector with a focus on accounting/finance or a comparable qualification • Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the field of accounting, ideally in the field of higher education or non-profit • Foundation knowledge of commercial accounting (HGB) • Very good IT skills, especially in MS Excel and common accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP, etc.) • Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Structured and Self-Responsibility • Team skills, communication strength and discretion in handling sensitive data • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage
