Project Manager for Software-Defined Defence in Service (m/f/d)

Responsibility for project management in a hybrid and agile working environment, with a comprehensive management of the project in terms of time, budget, quality, risks, dependencies and achievement of goals Implementation of a systematic project planning and project tracking of development projects, including support for a resilient project planning at SDD overall project level Bridge builders and translators between agile development teams and classic management structures to minimize friction losses. To consolidate agile delivery progress from the SDD Service Engineering Setup with superior milestones, roadmaps and management requirements Coordination and management of cooperation with external suppliers, internal cross-sectional functions and relevant programme, governance and support units Participation in the creation of offers and the transfer of software solutions to sustainable, service-oriented business models Responsibility for project-related stakeholder management and communication for transparency to management, departments, partners and other stakeholders Responsibility for Claim & Waiver, Risk and Opportunity Management through active identification, assessment and management of risks, opportunities, assumptions, decisions and cross-project dependencies Creation of sound basis for decision-making in conflicts between scope, time, budget, quality and organisational frameworks Accompanying central project phases including regular and levels of fair reporting Promoting constructive cooperation with Product Owner, Portfolio and SDD Programme Management and other specialist roles

Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual operational experience in managing complex projects, ideally in hybrid delivery setups with classic and agile control components Funded methodological knowledge in project management and a resilient understanding of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe). Project management certification according to PMI or comparable advantage Safe change between operational coordination and address-oriented management communication. Secure control of Microsoft Project / EPM MUST of advantage Embossed experience in dealing with risks, dependencies, escalations and decision-making in larger organizational structures. RiMIS tool knowledge advantage Good understanding of the role boundary between project management, Product Owner and Scrum Master Embossed communication strength, moderation capability and a safe occurrence compared to different stakeholders Structured, decision-orientated and high level of commitment and transparency Experience in managing external service providers, internal interfaces and cross-departmental cooperation including good economic understanding of budget management, prioritization and evaluation of target conflicts German and English safe in word and writing
