Tasks

Support and monitoring of debitor accounts and open claims

Own negotiation and agreement of installments with customers

Implementation of the pre-judicial dunning procedure and transfer of open claims to external debt collection service providers

Timely and structured processing of claims

Close cooperation with customer and financial accounting and other internal departments

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training or multiannual professional experience in the field of credit or credit. Asset management

First knowledge in receivable management is desirable, but no condition

Analytical thinkability and a structured, precise operation

High level of initiative, team capacity and flexibility
