Teamlead HR-IT – SAP HCM (Schwerpunkt PT/PY) (m/f/d)

You run a HR-IT team (scientific and disciplined) in the SAP HCM environment and develop cooperation, skills and structures You are responsible for the operation and further development of SAP HCM, with a clear focus on human resource management (PT) and payroll (PY) You ensure stable processes: Incident/Problem/Change, Release Management, SLA and Provider Control You shape end-to-end processes around time management and billing (including quality assurance, tests, cutover/hypercare) You take the interface and integration responsibility to the already introduced SuccessFactors world (e.g. data flows, replication, identities, permissions, reporting) You establish and live governance and quality standards (document, security, authorization concepts, GDPR) You are a savings partner for HR, IT, management and external partners and tax decisions pragmatically and solution-oriented

Multiannual, well-founded practice in SAP HCM, in particular PT and PY (in-house or consulting) Leadership experience as team leader, lead consultant or (partial) project management – plus joy in developing people Very good understanding of HR processes and their implementation in SAP – even during operation Experience with hybrid HR landscapes and integration scenarios, ideally with SuccessFactors routine in project and service management (classical or agile), with Jira/ServiceNow/MS Project Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
