Bilanzbuchhalter / Accounting Specialist* - HGB / SAP

You act as an accounting officer (w/m/d) as an important contact person (w/m/d) “Deiner” companies in accounting matters. As an accountant, you are responsible for the complete accounting of your companies; You collect input invoices using our DocuWare workflow management system, book documents, communicate with banks, take the sales tax test, and keep the GuV and balance sheet accounts continuously. You will prepare monthly and annual accounts according to HGB, provide provisions and take stock of our assets and valuation. You evaluate balance sheet and trade issues and provide supervisory reports to the competent authorities. In addition, you will take on exciting special tasks and project activities.

You have a completed business studies or a commercial training with further education on the financial or balance sheet account holder (w/m/d). You have first professional experience in financial or balance sheet accounting and bring knowledge in accounting (HGB). You are routined in dealing with current MS Office programs and have ideally already worked with SAP Business One. You have a great affinity for numbers, have fun to capture and implement new processes, and draw your attention through a high degree of organizational ability and a friendly appearance. You bring knowledge of German (at least C1 levels) and good English (at least B1 levels).
