In order to strengthen our group Multiprojectcontrolling, we are looking for an indefinite specialist for the performance and engineering contract management (m/w/d). This position serves the purpose of targeted knowledge transfer – to ensure long-term expertise and continuous further development.

Processing of supplementary management Examination of supplementary offers for VOB contracts with regard to the basis and level of entitlement for complex urban water projects Advising the project management in the enforcement of VOB claims against contractors Ensuring the expertise of VOB contracts Further development and evaluation of the systematic follow-up management Consulting the project management in engineering contracts Examination of engineering contracts according to legal requirements and economic efficiency Assessment of engineering contracts with difficulty and fee zone Preparation of committee templates on orders and supplements

Complete university degree (Master, Diploma) of the Department of Civil Engineering or Comparative Qualification Long-standing experience and expertise in the areas of execution planning, installation of engineering contracts and award documents, as well as construction management Knowledge of contract law (especially HOAI, VOB, UVgO/VOL and VgV) Basic knowledge of settlement water management, of wastewater systems and structural engineering Responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as conflicting skills complete your profile
