Our client is an established engineering and planning company focusing on technical building equipment and supply technology in construction projects. The company accompanies projects from planning to implementation and works closely with builders, specialist planners and exporting companies. The focus is on the quality, time and cost-oriented implementation of construction projects and compliance with relevant standards and specifications. Interdisciplinary work is being carried out at the site to efficiently control interfaces between planning, execution and documentation.

Do you want to actively control the design in heating, ventilation and sanitation and make quality visible? The role of HLS (w/m/d) Supply Technology as a construction manager then offers you the opportunity to take responsibility at the construction site and to consistently lead projects to success. Heating, ventilation and sanitation with clear control of quality, dates and costs Coordination of all companies and specialist planners involved in the construction industry and ensuring smooth interfaces to the overall project management Examination of execution plans, assembly concepts, performance directories and billing including plausibility checks and clarification of technical questions Documentation of the progress of construction, follow-up of deficiencies and preparation and monitoring of partial and final withdrawals in the HLS environment Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, permits, contract specifications and safety requirements at the construction site

Complete study or technical training in the field of supply technology, building technology, TGA or comparable Professional experience in building monitoring or building management of HLS projects, ideally in the environment of technical building equipment Safe occurrence in communication with after-contractors, planners and contracting entities and binding enforcement capability Structured, solution-oriented operation with high quality awareness and view for interfaces routine in construction site documentation and in handling project-related documents, supplemented by solid MS Office knowledge
