As a deputy team leader, you are responsible for the coordination of repair, maintenance and inspection of our extensive conveyor systems as well as the staff support of the employees: Personnel and operational planning: preparation of shift plans, holiday plans and weekly staff deployment plan Staff assignment and training: implementation of instructions and training of employees Date and performance control: Termination and verification of performance in working hours and materials Coordination and supervision of service providers: monitoring and control of service providers' personnel deployment and maintenance plans Quality control of maintenance and repair work: inspection of maintenance and repair work and their effectiveness

Education: Completed training as mechatronics technician Electronics or a related profession Personal competencies: leadership skills as well as strong communication and organisational skills Experience: leadership experience (desirable) Basic knowledge: PLC, electronic drive technology and fieldbus systems (required) IT competence: Safe handling of common IT applications Team orientation and flexibility: reliability, commitment, organisational skills and flexibility in terms of working hours
