The power grid is similar to the road network. There are distances for long-distance and local transport. Amprion and three other transmission system operators are responsible for the ''commercial transport'' in the German electricity network - each in its network area. Our 11,000-kilometre high-voltage network transports electricity in an area from the North Sea to the Alps. There are 29 million people living there and about one third of the German economic output is generated. Our lines are lifelines of society: they ensure the quality of life and jobs of people. DEIN PROFIL: current study of Nautik, Schiffbetriebstechnik or a comparable discipline Interest in the common driving of the energy transition Own initiative, high readiness for performance and learning and team skills good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
