Your team We ensure that all organizational and logistical processes work smoothly – from reception to office and building management to event organization. We create modern, functional working environments, are the first point of contact for employees and guests and organize with heart and mind events that remain in memory.

Personal development & deployment planning: You are responsible for the development of our administrative team, controlling personnel deployment and ensuring clear administrative processes Office & building management: Together with the team, you coordinate all the topics around our office building – with a sense of functionality, security and modern working environments Event management with heart and mind: You plan and organize internal and external events together with the team – from the team workshop to the big festival Project management for modern working environments: You promote strategic initiatives such as Office 2.0 and the digitalization of administration Corporate Social Responsibility: You act as a central contact for our CSR initiatives and control our CSR engagement

Professional experience & leadership skills: You have several years of experience in administration, hospitality, office management or human resources – ideally complemented by first leadership experience Working & Organisational Capacity: You work structured and keep track of multiple topics Empathie & Team orientation: You have a good feeling for people, live a warm, respectful communication and promote a modern working culture Digitalization & Process Optimization: You have a strong interest in digitalization and the desire to actively develop processes IT competence: You are safe in handling MS Office and bring a high IT affinity with Language skills: You speak fluent German and safe English

Onboarding We prepare everything for your start at itdesign and give you everything you need to know your tasks and colleagues. Your mentor*in, your customised schedule, knowledge-based talks and pacifier internships will help you. Flexible Whether 40 hours or your individual part-time model – we are flexible to your needs. All your hours are recorded in a working time account; You can celebrate overtime.

Office & Home Office We'll be glad to see you in the office. You can also work at the Home Office. Some jobs are also 100% remote from anywhere in Germany. No matter where your desk is, we'll supply you with hardware.

Recreation & Workation You can take a 30-day holiday as well as special holidays in special events. You can also do workation at your choice.
