Structured support: You relieve the technical manager (w/m) in all areas of performance and take over various administrative tasks. Reliable settlement: You are responsible for the commercial processes, check invoices, manage budgets and conduct contracts and protocols carefully. Competent coordination: You process incoming messages, take over correspondence and actively support the supply, ordering and ordering. Careful data management: You work on master data management in the CAFM software and are committed to energy management. You bring a completed commercial training and have a secure basic understanding of economic processes. You work routined with MS Office, CRM systems and ideally also with CAFM software.
