As a competent:r and experienced:r Project Manager:into responsible for the organisation and implementation of complex turnkey construction measures in the region. Your area of responsibility essentially includes the following fields of activity: Own-sponsored planning and implementation of construction projects in turnkey construction taking into account the economic and technical objectives Partnership and targeted management of negotiations with builders:inside and after-contractors:inside Coordination of applications of specialist engineers:inside, skilled workers:inside instruction and guidance of the construction management and the entire construction site team Personal planning as well as equipment and material disposition Leadership and control of execution planning and tenders and awards Close support of the procurement process Working preparation and scheduling with LEAN methods responsible monitoring of calculations, offers, construction processes, project controlling as well as ensuring the building site results Compliance with dates and performance qualities Reproduction design and implementation Accompanying the commissioning and acceptance phase Contact Care for Building and Planning

You have completed your studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable training They bring multiannual relevant professional experience in a comparable position with Enforcement, team skills, commitment and a good understanding of numbers Enthusiasm for digital applications and innovative process organization Experience in the realization of complex SF construction projects Business thinking and acting You have good knowledge of Office 365 as well as in a billing and costing program (ideally RIB iTWO) You have negotiating skills and enforcement capability Team spirit as well as an independent, committed and responsible way of working complete your profile
