Contractor representation as well as expert support and quality testing of external planning and engineering offices

Preparation and monitoring of approval and modification procedures

Establishment and monitoring of time, organisation and cost plans in the area of TGA

Cost control, cost-effectiveness comparisons and participation in audits of the auditors

Application of modern methods such as BIM and BNB and participation in certifications

Creation of inventory documentation and object care

Complete studies (Bachelor/FH Diploma) of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Information Technology, Energy and Building Technology Knowledge of relevant building regulations (HOAI, VOB, GWB, etc.) Ideal professional experience in public construction or planning Ability to analytical thinking and project responsibility Willingness to travel and driving licence (service car use) German knowledge of C1 level
