Shift Supervisor Automotive (m/f/d)

You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of a mid-sized team of professional employees (in shift operation).

You take care of your work, holiday and training planning, as well as the constant motivation of your employees.

You act as a competent contact person for branch management, customers and employees.

You support quality management measures and consistently adhere to all requirements in terms of work safety.

You bring relevant experience in the automotive sector and ideally a training or first leadership experience.

In any case, you are ready to work in 3-shift operation.

You are also technically versed, rerouted with MS Excel and have a basic understanding for warehouse management systems.

In addition, you go forward independently and with clear hands-on mentality and score with a high motivation.
