Creation and further development of personal-related reporting – you create standardised evaluations for the management of the authorities as well as the management staff and contribute to their further development. Innovative process design in human resources controlling – You help to optimize existing processes, for example by improving evaluations, work processes or data bases.

You have successfully completed the training as a merchant for office management or as an administrative specialist. You have also gained experience in the public service. Very good Excel identifiers are absolutely necessary. You have a strong understanding of numbers and analytical skills. You are reliable and provide a structured, careful and independent way of working and appreciate the team's cooperation. Since our tasks are safety-relevant and event-oriented, we need your willingness to extend the safety review and to participate in the BBK crisis organization.
