Senior Consultant in Industriebau (m/w/d) has the opportunity to play a leading role in our exciting construction projects around our 40 regional companies. You will not only be responsible for the planning and implementation of these projects, but also initiate and coordinate internal and external partners as well as project participants. Your expertise and strategic decisions will make a significant contribution to ensuring that our projects are implemented on time, cost-effectively and in the highest quality.

You are the face of our construction projects and take over the management of German-wide construction projects for warehouse logistics and are responsible for the first planning, commissioning and successful handover to the user. You work closely with external general planners and construction companies to ensure that every project becomes a full success in terms of volume, quality, dates and budget You guide, inspire and motivate our interdisciplinary project teams by acting as a trusting Sparring Partner. Your leadership style promotes a culture of cooperation in which both internal and external partners work effectively. In the medium term, you take over the management of the Central Department You are responsible for internal requirements management within the projects and make sure that all project requirements are optimally implemented You coordinate and organize processes, structure the project organization and ensure that the projects are implemented efficiently and smoothly You are responsible for assignments, cost controls, appointments and quality assurance in the projects entrusted to you and ensure that all project objectives are achieved You rely on sustainability and innovation by making our Lidl projects more sustainable every day. You make an important contribution to developing our logistics properties in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. You are responsible for long-term project planning and act as a central interface for our long-term logistics strategy. In doing so, you control the central processes and ensure efficient organization and occupation of the projects

Qualification: Complete studies as a civil engineer, architect or economic engineer with a focus on construction (Multi-) Project Management and Project Experience: You have extensive know-how in the management and execution of large projects, combined with several years of experience in the construction of industrial buildings; ideally you have successfully carried out projects in all performance phases Analytical competence and problem solving capability: You have the ability to analyze and evaluate complex, cross-disciplinary aspects of construction projects. You meet secure decisions and develop innovative solutions to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively Directives and standards: You have deep knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards such as BauGB, VOB and HOAI and can safely apply them Leadership and communication skills as growth potential: You have the opportunity to develop yourself as Head of Division and expand your leadership skills. In this role, you will learn to lead interdisciplinary teams as well as to motivate them through a clear, convincing and inspiring communication style. Flexibility and mobility: You are ready to travel regularly, depending on the project phase, to monitor and guide the project progress on site. Your willingness to travel is up to 5 days/week
