Design and Architecture Manager Sonar (m/w/d)

As Design and Architecture Manager Sonar (m/w/d) you will take over the following tasks: They are responsible for the independent analysis of customers and stakeholder requirements as well as the establishment of internal requirements as part of the basic products, derived from external internal application concepts developed by you in cooperation with the product management. They are responsible for the implementation of reusable subsystems, segments, units and components for the transversal use in the multi-project context. In this respect, you are in close contact with the project managers from both Submarine Warfare and Anti Submarine Warfare. They create independently and independently specifications and technical concepts. The independent development of a system breakdown by deriving system requirements to new and existing components is also one of your tasks. Furthermore, you are responsible for the design of the relevant sonar systems in the phases of concept creation, offering creation and project implementation. They expose sonar systems with transmitter, receiver, hardware/software due to the requirements. Together with the technical management, they meet agreements with internal suppliers, external subcontractors and with customers and end customers on technical requirements, realizations, technical schedules, change requests.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed technical study and multi-year professional experience or a comparable qualification. They have very good knowledge of the design of systems and the development of algorithms. Excellent knowledge of requirements engineering. A pronounced system-oriented way of thinking is obvious to you. Your ability to lead interdisciplinary teams has already proved you. Your work is characterised by your self-employment and self-initiative. They have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. The readiness for occasional national and international missions completes your profile.
