Mainly active cooperation in the project team during project execution in the office Potsdam Creation of tenders and performance lists Support of execution planning / plan examination Determination of masses and quantities Collection and evaluation of offers Negotiations with subcontractors and preparation of construction services Auditing / processing Cooperation with local construction management Communication with customers

Complete studies in civil engineering or architecture or comparable qualifications Professional experience in the field of tendering, awarding and work preparation Embossed cost awareness and safe occurrence Structured, independent and responsible operation Team skills and commitment
